Daniel De Rose, BComm, CPA, CMA

Daniel De Rose has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Finance at WellnessLiving, a fast-growing software company in North America. Prior to this role, they worked as a Finance Manager at WellnessLiving as well.

Before joining WellnessLiving, Daniel worked at Quest Software for four years. Daniel started as an Accounting Senior Advisor and eventually took on the responsibilities of the Canadian Controller. Daniel was also appointed as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors, where they focused on reviewing and signing resolutions.

Prior to Quest Software, Daniel worked at Dell as an Accounting Senior Advisor and Manager of Accounting & Financial Reporting. Daniel was responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Canadian financial statements and performing various financial tasks.

Daniel's career started at Sitraka Software as a Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for monthly financial reporting and budgeting. Daniel later joined Quest Software Canada as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they handled general ledger duties and financial implementation projects.

Daniel began their career at Compass Group as a Financial/Operational Analyst, where they managed profit/loss statements and trained district managers in accounting issues.

Throughout their career, Daniel has gained valuable experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and process improvement. Daniel is a certified accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Daniel De Rose received their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Toronto Mississauga, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. Daniel also obtained additional certifications, CPA, CMA, from CMA Canada in the year 2000.
