Selina Kulwitzki

Selina Kulwitzki is an experienced professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at wellnest GmbH since January 2022. Prior to this role, Selina held the position of People & Culture Manager at Crealize GmbH from November 2020 to January 2022, contributing to the growth of startups as a strategic shareholder. Earlier experience includes a role at thyssenkrupp as part of the Digital Learning Academy from May 2019 to November 2020, focused on creating impactful learning programs, and a tenure at Bynder in People & Talent from September 2018 to March 2019, where Selina supported the management of creative files for teams.
