Michelle Bailey

Michelle Bailey, MBA, has extensive experience in financial management and executive support, currently serving as Chief of Staff at WellNow Urgent Care since February 2019, overseeing strategic business initiatives and facilitating communication among executives. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Accounting & Finance Manager at Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation, where responsibilities included designing and monitoring financial systems. Michelle also worked as Assistant Controller at Five Star Urgent Care, focusing on accounting management, and held positions as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at McLane Company, Inc., managing financial operations and tax reporting. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
