David Garzoli

David Garzoli is a healthcare operations leader with over two decades of experience focused on improving access and outcomes for high-needs populations in California. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Wellpath, they manage clinical quality and personnel across jails, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to inmates. Previously, David owned a private investigation firm and worked as a California Peace Officer, attaining the rank of Sergeant and Lieutenant. Additionally, David engages in independent consulting, specializing in Medi-Cal operations and Enhanced Care Management implementation. They are pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Administration of Justice at Mendocino College.
