Heather Hole

Heather Hole has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Heather most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Wellpath, where they took on the role in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Local Government HR Business Partners at the same company from April 2018 to March 2022. Heather also has experience working as a self-employed HR consultant from October 2014 to November 2017. Furthermore, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Santander Consumer USA from February 2010 to June 2013, providing HR leadership and business partnership across all company locations. Heather has a successful track record in establishing and directing HR departments, as seen in their role as VP of HR at College Loan Corporation from November 2001 to August 2009. Additionally, they managed HR for Aerotek Commercial Staffing from January 1998 to November 2001 and served as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard from December 1992 to December 1998.

Heather Hole received their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
