Scott Welcome

Scott Welcome has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scott started their career as an E3 in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they worked as the owner of Advanced Computer Solutions from 1996 to 2003, providing network design, computer solutions, training, and repairs. From 1999 to 2006, they also owned and operated Imagination Bassin Guide Services, where they served as a professional fishing guide and developed a popular website.

In 2006, Scott Welcome transitioned to the role of CTO/Managing Partner at TCI, a regional cable company. Scott played a dynamic role in the company's success, overseeing all technical systems, including the PBX phone system and internet network, until 2012.

Scott Welcome then joined Access Media 3 in 2012 as a Senior Account Executive and Project Manager. In these roles, they conducted site surveys, designed and proposed telecommunication solutions, negotiated contracts, and managed new account transitions.

In 2014, Scott Welcome worked as an MIS Specialist at Correct Care Solutions, where they provided IT support. Scott then transitioned to the position of IT Director at Wellpath in the same year.

Additionally, Scott Welcome served as the President of SRW Technologies, LLC from 2013 onwards.

Scott Welcome obtained a Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP)™ degree from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2014. In 1997, they attended Indian River State College, where they studied Novell. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
