Steve Flowers

Steve Flowers is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the IT Delivery Manager at Wellpath since July 2019, Steve previously held the position of Director of Information Services at the SC State Accident Fund, where responsibilities included comprehensive IT management, long-term planning, budgeting, and project management from January 2001 to January 2019. Prior to this, Steve was the IT Manager for the SC Department of Juvenile Justice, overseeing IT operations and records management across multiple state locations and leading key projects. Steve also served as Network Manager at the SC State Treasurer's Office, where oversight of microcomputer, network, and telephone operations was essential. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina, earned between 1978 and 1983.
