John Meyer

John Meyer has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. John started their career at Metavante, where they worked as a Business Analyst and Technical Analyst from April 1997 to August 2000. In this role, they provided support for hardware and software installations, conducted system administration, and implemented troubleshooting and process improvements. John also trained employees on Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 95, Windows NT, and internet services.

Following their role at Metavante, John joined Fiserv as an Installation Project Manager and Technical Analyst. From August 2000 to 2003, they provided high-level technical support, assisting customers with banking software installations, troubleshooting, and software maintenance. John also educated customers on software products, assisted with day-to-day operations, and trained new Technical Analysts.

In 2004, John moved to Wisconsin Lutheran College, where they worked as the Operations Manager of IT. From February 2004 to January 2010, they managed IT operations, including the help desk, network and server support, vendor selection, and purchasing. John also played a key role in integrating new and existing technologies.

In January 2010, John was promoted to the role of Director of IT at Wisconsin Lutheran College. John oversaw all IT functions, including strategic planning, continuous improvement, and system scalability plans. John developed collaborative relationships within and outside of the IT function and empowered the IT staff to meet key objectives.

Most recently, John joined Wellpoint Care Network as the Director of IT in March 2023.

John Meyer earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Saint John's University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994.
