Savannah Curtin

Savannah Curtin, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Carbon Health, leading the global diversity strategy and health equity programs since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Twilio, where Savannah directed global DEI talent and anti-racism education, and The North Face, managing human resources functions. A track record of strategic leadership in talent management, organizational development, and diversity initiatives is evident from previous positions at Optum, CWT, U.S. Bank, Target, and Wells Fargo. Savannah holds a BA in Business Administration and Psychology from Augustana University, an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls, and completed a Leadership Development Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
