Alice Raflores

Alice joined WellRight in 2021 as the head of Human Resources. She has served as an executive leader and grown People teams for the past 19 years. Alice's approach with business teams is to put equity and transparency first. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from DePaul University and a master's degree from Northern Illinois University. Alice holds a SHRM-CP and PHR certification and prides herself in serving as a mentor and committee member with Chicago SHRM.
