Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson has extensive experience in fixed income operations spanning over two decades. Currently at Wells Capital Management since 2005, Andrew specializes in derivative documentation and negotiation, handling complex legal agreements for domestic and international investment advisory clients. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Charles Schwab as an Operations Specialist, focusing on trade processing and settlements in fixed income bonds. Additional professional experience includes legal roles at Celerity Consulting Group, Lanahan & Reilley LLP, Kilburn, Casey Goscinak & Coombs, and a legal internship with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California, a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University.
