Dan Tronstad

Dan Tronstad is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and trading. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Wells Capital Management since August 2010, Dan oversees approximately $130 billion in assets, focusing on retail and institutional taxable and tax-exempt money market strategies. Dan has a proven track record of achieving risk-adjusted performance that meets or exceeds management targets. Prior to this role, Dan was the Vice President and Head of Cash Management at RiverSource Investments, where responsibilities included managing $20 billion in assets and implementing tailored investment strategies. Dan also held a position in Global Treasury at Cargill, responsible for optimizing liquidity through the issuance of debt in multiple currencies. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of St. Thomas.
