James Rutzen is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as a Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Allspring Global Investments since November 2021. In this role, James manages short duration fixed income portfolios for both institutional and individual clients, focusing on the relative value between taxable asset classes, including taxable municipal bonds and tax-exempt bonds.
