Marie Chapman Carroll

Marie Chapman Carroll has been a leader in the financial world for many years. Marie began their career as a budget analyst for Boeing in 1978. From there, they moved to Manufacturers Hanover Trust, where they worked on the corporate lending team. In 1980, they joined Anheuser-Busch as VP of Finance & Planning for US Beer. Marie held this position until 2008, when they left to join AB InBev.

At AB InBev, Marie Chapman Carroll served as VP of Commercial Planning & Performance Management. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, business analysis, and financial planning for Anheuser-Busch's US commercial beer operation. Marie also played a leading role in a $250MM margin improvement challenge focused on sku reductions, mix and assortment, and price promotion effectiveness.

In 2012, Marie Chapman Carroll left AB InBev to join Wells College as Finance Chair of the Board of Trustees. Marie held this position until 2015, when they were promoted to Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees. Marie has been Chair of the Board of Trustees since 2019.

Marie Chapman Carroll has an MBA in finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an AB in economics from Wells College.
