James W. Reynolds possesses extensive experience in marketing and research & development, currently serving as Sr Vice President of Marketing and Research & Development at Wells Enterprises, Inc. since 2002. Previously, James held the position of Marketing Director at General Mills from 1996 to 2002, overseeing profit and loss, business strategy, and marketing initiatives for brands in both the US and UK. A brief tenure at IBM began as a Marketing Manager before being promoted to Worldwide Brand Manager for personal communications products. James also worked at Procter & Gamble from 1988 to 1995, where significant achievements were made with leading brands such as Tide and Dawn. Prior to entering the corporate sector, James served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, specializing as a nuclear engineer and qualified submarine officer. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
