Kayla Cubellotti

Kayla Cubellotti is an experienced professional with a strong background in property management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as a Commercialization Project Manager and Sourcing Manager at Wells Enterprises since April 2018, Kayla specializes in strategic sourcing for packaging materials. Prior to this role, Kayla held the position of Director of Property Management at Corridor Property Management LLC, overseeing operations for student and conventional housing communities with a focus on process improvement. Kayla's earlier experience includes serving as Property Manager at University West Properties, managing a large apartment community, as well as working as an Assistant Property Manager, where involvement in leasing processes and financial management was key.
