Sharon Thomas has extensive experience in consumer and sensory insights, currently serving as Senior Manager for Sensory Insights at Wells Enterprises since May 2010, with prior roles including Senior Manager for Sensory & Consumer Research and Sensory Insights Manager. Prior to joining Wells Enterprises, Sharon worked at Unilever from April 2006 to April 2010 as Consumer & Market Insights Manager, providing insights for the Breyers brand and overseeing various consumer research activities. Sharon's career at Unilever also included roles as Consumer & Market Insights Senior Analyst and Analyst, focusing on trends, product innovation, and sensory analysis. Prior experience as Sensory Science Group Leader at Unilever Research Colworth involved leading a team focused on sensory analysis within the food portfolio. Sharon holds a BSc Hons in Applied Biology from the University of Hertfordshire and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Food Science and Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
