Steve Witt

Steve Witt is an experienced professional in internal audit and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Wells Enterprises since September 2007. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Wells Enterprises, including Continuous Improvement Facilitator and Internal Audit Manager, from September 2004 to 2007. Between 2001 and 2004, Steve worked at Tyson Foods as Plant Accounting Manager and IT Audit Manager. Steve's career began at Iowa Beef Processors, Inc., where Steve worked as IT Audit Manager from 1986 until the company was acquired by Tyson Foods in 2001. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Economics and Agri-Business from Morningside University, and has earned certifications as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance and as a Certified Information Systems Auditor from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
