Currently serving as Sr. Executive Director for Core Banking Deposits at Wells Fargo since October 2024, Ajayan's previous role as Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. involved overseeing Chase's Document Management capabilities and managing significant data center migration and cloud transformation projects. With a solid foundation at Nationwide, Ajayan held various leadership positions, including Sr. Director of Software Engineering, where Ajayan led a $250 million transformational initiative in the Life Insurance domain. Ajayan's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The Ohio State University and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
