Alan Johnson has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing management, currently serving as the Leader of the Testing Center of Excellence at Wells Fargo since December 2004. In this role, Alan implements best practices for the testing development life cycle within the Home Lending domain and develops strategies for integrating test planning across the SDLC in a Scaled Agile Framework. Previously, Alan held positions including Home Lending UAT Sr. Test Manager, overseeing a significant team responsible for UAT processes, and Technology Manager, managing a team of Delivery Managers for a major mortgage platform. Prior experience includes roles at John Deere Credit as a QA Lead and at Dice, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager, where Alan progressed from customer support to management. Alan holds a BA in Secondary English with a Minor in Coaching from Iowa State University.
