Allen Sampson

Allen Sampson has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as an Executive Director at Wells Fargo since June 2010, where responsibility includes managing counterparty review and collateral diligence teams within the Mortgage Finance/Structured Products Group. Previously, Allen held the position of Vice President of Structured Products at Wachovia Securities, a Wells Fargo Company, from December 2005 to October 2009, focusing on trading distressed junior lien assets. Prior to this, Allen worked at First Union/HomEq Servicing from 2000 to 2005, holding titles of Vice President of MSR Valuations and Vice President of Credit Risk, where tasks included managing the credit risk for a subprime mortgage servicing division. Allen is currently pursuing further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, following studies at Simon Fraser University.
