Alvin Sablayan

Alvin Sablayan has extensive experience in project management and product strategy, particularly within the financial services sector. As Vice President of Retail Services Product Strategy and Delivery for Consumer Lending at Wells Fargo from March 2018 to March 2024, Alvin oversaw the implementation of merchant-facing applications for private label credit cards and point-of-sale loan products, ensuring compliance and risk management throughout the process. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President and Lead Project Manager at Wells Fargo, where Alvin managed technology and non-technology projects in Consumer Lending. Additionally, Alvin served as Senior Project Manager at RCG Global Services, providing consultancy in the credit card and payments industry, and held management positions at AXA and AIG, focusing on operational efficiencies and customer service innovations across the Asia Pacific region. Alvin holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a BS in Computer Studies, both from De La Salle University.
