Brian Diepold is a seasoned marketing and digital banking professional with a robust background in developing and managing marketing and sales platforms. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Sales Platforms at Wells Fargo since May 2021, Brian is responsible for enhancing marketing capabilities and customer engagement strategies. Prior to this role, Brian held several executive positions at Santander Bank, N.A., including Executive Director of Digital Banking and Executive Director of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included overseeing digital channels and improving customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes roles at Pitney Bowes Software as Global Solution Owner and Pitney Bowes MapInfo as Sr Client Services Manager. Brian holds a PhD in Economics from American University and a BS in Math/Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
