Chang W. is a seasoned professional in business execution and design, currently serving as Vice President and Lead Business Execution for Physical Distribution Strategy and Branch Format Architecture & Design at Wells Fargo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Chang held several key positions at Bank of America, including Vice President of Retail Strategy and Financial Center Design, as well as Vice President of Store Design from March 2012 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Design at CBRE from June 2016 to August 2021 and as Retail Standard Architect & Design at Gensler from February 2006 to March 2012. Chang holds both a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Rhode Island School of Design, completed between January 2000 and January 2005.
