Deborah Speyer

Deborah Speyer currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Technology and Information Security Risk Management at Wells Fargo since March 2022. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of Managing Director and Technology Chief Risk Officer at Bank of America from September 2018 to June 2022 and served as Managing Director at Barclays for a brief period in 2018. Deborah's extensive career at Morgan Stanley spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included Managing Director roles overseeing Global Head of Enterprise Production Management and Global IT Production Manager for Corporate Functions, among others. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Technology Infrastructure at Glencore Commodities Ltd and a tenure as a Technologist at Chem Systems Inc. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
