Dr. Yolanda Stokes

Dr. Yolanda Stokes is an experienced executive in the fields of control management and business operations, currently serving as Senior Lead Control Management Officer and Executive Director at Wells Fargo since September 2025. Previously, Dr. Stokes held the position of Director of Business Programs at Microsoft from April 2021 to June 2025, where significant initiatives led to an 84% reduction in fiscal planning time and enhanced operational effectiveness. Dr. Stokes’ extensive career at Wells Fargo spanned over two decades, encompassing various roles that included managing enterprise operations, strategic planning, technology evaluations, and risk mitigation efforts. Additionally, Dr. Stokes has a background in academia, having taught project management at Grand Canyon University and ITT Technical Institute.
