Eric Dashner

Eric Dashner is a results-oriented attorney and compliance professional currently serving as Managing Counsel in the Regulatory and Risk Division of the Wells Fargo Legal Department, where they lead a team focused on federal and state regulatory changes. Previously, Dashner was Senior Counsel in the Derivatives and FX Section at Wells Fargo, and held various roles including Director of Commodities Compliance and Special Counsel at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. They possess extensive expertise in commodities and derivatives regulatory matters, having contributed to significant compliance efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and the LIBOR transition. Dashner earned a BA in Political Economy from Georgetown University and a JD from Duke University School of Law.
