Christopher Boldman

Chris Boldman has 20 years of financial services experience in management roles over legal, operations, audit and underwriting functions. He most recently served as Chief Legal Officer of CMCO Mortgage, LLC, a nationwide 1-4 family mortgage lender, where he was responsible for all legal matters affecting the company, as well as managing underwriting, closing and funding operations. From 2001 to 2011, Boldman served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Lydian Trust Company, where he was in charge of all legal and regulatory matters affecting Lydian and its subsidiaries Lydian Data Services and Lydian Private Bank. From 1993 to 2001, he was Senior Vice President at diversified financial services companies Ocwen Financial Corporation and its subsidiary Ocwen Federal Bank. Boldman specialized in distressed asset acquisitions, mortgage originations and regulatory matters. He received a BA in History from the University of Maryland and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
