Harsh Kalra

Harsh Kalra is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for Equipment Finance & Wholesale Lending at Wells Fargo since October 2024, Harsh oversees strategy and operational efficiencies for these business units with a team exceeding 500 technology resources. Previously, in various leadership roles at BMO from January 2016 to September 2024, including Chief Information Officer for Vehicle & Equipment Finance and Managing Director for Transportation & Equipment Finance, Harsh successfully drove digital initiatives and cloud migrations. Earlier positions at GE Capital and Siebel Systems involved leading teams in critical business initiatives and enterprise implementations. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and multiple leadership development credentials from GE Crotonville.
