Jay Finn

Jay Finn possesses extensive experience in strategy and planning within both the financial and military sectors. At Wells Fargo, Jay served in several leadership roles, including VP and Lead Strategy and Planning Consultant, focusing on operational excellence and strategic programs. Prior experience includes roles in the United States Army Reserve, where Jay managed future operations and conducted strategic planning exercises, as well as acting as Aide-Camp to senior officers. Jay’s military background is further complemented by a position as Executive Officer, where successful collaboration with NATO forces was achieved. Jay holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BS from Western Kentucky University.
