Ket Kana

Ket Kana has extensive experience in talent and learning leadership within the financial and real estate sectors, having served at Wells Fargo from July 2014 to November 2018 in various roles, including International Lead for Talent & Learning and Vice President of Human Resources for Learning & Development in the EMEA region. Responsibilities included overseeing early career programs and strategic DE&I initiatives, as well as developing a continuing education curriculum aligned with business objectives. Prior to Wells Fargo, Ket Kana worked at Cushman & Wakefield from January 1997 to July 2014, serving as Associate Director of Learning & Development for the EMEA region and managing the L&D function for approximately 1,800 staff across 33 offices. Currently, Ket Kana is pursuing an Executive MBA at Arden University.
