Kirsten Wells

Kirsten Wells is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP and Lead HR Business Partner at Wells Fargo since March 2025, Kirsten previously held senior roles at Charter Communications, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. Earlier experiences also include HR management positions at Technolutions and SalonCentric, along with foundational roles at Energizer Holdings, Perella Weinberg, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University. Kirsten holds a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
