Manikandan Shanmugam

Manikandan Shanmugam has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Technology at Wells Fargo since June 2017. Prior to this role, Manikandan held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at First Data Corporation and worked as Vice President of Human Resources at JP Morgan, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end talent acquisition and developing resourcing strategies. Previous roles include Vice President of HR Services at Fides Global Consultants and Manager of Human Resources at B2K Corp Pvt Ltd. Manikandan began career at ISG as a Manager and holds a degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
