Martha Bledsoe

Martha Bledsoe is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience at Wells Fargo since June 2005, serving in various high-level administrative roles, including Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer and the Head of Capital & Risk Insurance Management. In addition to her executive functions, Martha has held leadership positions such as Communications Director for the Wells Fargo Latin Connection Team Member Network. Previous roles also include administrative positions at The Brock Agency, Mecklenburg County, and the Colombian Navy, where Martha supported the Commander of the Submarine Fleet. Educationally, Martha has completed programs at the FBI Citizen Academy, the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, and Wells Fargo's Emerging Leaders Program, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Colombia.
