Mason Snyder

Mason Snyder is an experienced risk management professional with extensive expertise in enterprise risk oversight and operational risk across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director and Senior Enterprise Risk Officer at Wells Fargo since May 2019, Mason oversees risk management for affluent market segments within the Consumer Bank. Previous roles include Vice President and Operational Risk Officer at Wells Fargo, where Mason implemented a Key Risk Indicator program, and Executive Director and Business Control Officer at J.P. Morgan, managing a team responsible for risk and control across global lines of business. Mason co-founded Catalina Partners LLC, providing operational due diligence services, and held leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Deloitte, and EY, focusing on risk and performance improvement in the financial services sector. Mason holds a BA in History from Vassar College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
