Niel Rubio

Niel Rubio is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and banking. Currently serving as Vice President and Lead Treasury Management Consultant at Wells Fargo since November 2025, Niel previously held the role of Vice President and Treasury Management Officer at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on healthcare, higher education, and non-profit sectors from January 2022 to November 2025. Prior experience includes positions such as Treasury Sales Associate and Treasury Analyst at JPMorgan Chase and Truist, respectively. Niel began a career in finance at BankAtlantic as an Assistant Manager and continued as a Relationship Banker at BB&T. Niel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts in Finance from Miami Dade College.
