Patrick Boyle, Ph.D., is an analytics-savvy consultant and people scientist with extensive experience in providing creative solutions and driving organizational change through people data and employee listening strategies. They served as the Senior Manager of People Analytics at Diebold Nixdorf from 2020 to 2023 and are currently the Senior Lead Analytics Consultant for People Analytics at Wells Fargo. Additionally, they held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Dell Technologies, and directed research at the City of New York's Equal Employment Practices Commission. Patrick holds a BA in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from The College of William and Mary, and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from New School University.
