Ranae Seaton

RaNae Seaton has over three decades of experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as VP, Talent Development Manager at Wells Fargo Bank since August 1999. In this role, RaNae focuses on creating effective human capital plans and execution strategies for mid-senior employee development, as well as developing independent programs to enhance cross-business experience across California. Prior to this position, RaNae served as a Human Resource Manager, Sr. HR Consultant, and Compensation Consultant, handling HR generalist responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes acting as Sr. Compensation Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where RaNae conducted job evaluations and managed pay practices for various job groups, and as Employment Coordinator at the Motion Picture and Television Fund, overseeing payroll submissions and managing all employment functions. RaNae's educational background includes studies at Antelope Valley High and Los Angeles Pierce College.
