Renae Pekas

Renae Pekas is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience at Wells Fargo, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Compliance and Operational Risk Manager. Throughout the tenure at Wells Fargo, Renae has held multiple senior leadership positions including SVP Marketing, where responsibilities included developing governance strategies for marketing, managing audit engagements, and enhancing operational risk management. Renae has a strong background in strategic planning, process re-engineering, and relationship management across various business lines. Previous roles also include Vice President positions focused on strategy, analytics, finance, and information technology.
