Shannon Johnson

Shannon Johnson serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Strategy, Digital & Innovation at Wells Fargo since September 2020, following a role as Managing Director at Deloitte. Prior experience includes serving as CAO for the IT Division at AIG, where responsibilities included employee technology integration and engagement, as well as previous roles such as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief of Staff. At AIG, Shannon was instrumental in transforming corporate culture and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to AIG, Shannon held director-level positions at Credit Suisse, overseeing risk management and operations in private banking and investment banking. Shannon's career began at Credit Suisse as an associate in product control. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
