Tammy Blackburn

Tammy Blackburn has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership positions in various organizations. At Wells Fargo from February 2006 to November 2007, Tammy served as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner Leader, providing strategic HR leadership for business support groups and leading initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Taylor Ball Construction, where Tammy oversaw HR for seven divisions, and Human Resources Manager at Interpower Corporation, responsible for establishing HR functions within a manufacturing context.
