Robin Blanchette has extensive work experience, starting with the US Navy in 1995, where they held various roles such as Anti-terrorism Training Supervisor, Master Training Specialist, Supervisor, Command Career Counselor, Navy Instructor, and US Navy. Robin worked at the US Navy until 2015. In 2015, Robin joined Bath Iron Works as an Electrical Engineer until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Robin worked as an Electrical control maintenance technician at Nucor Building Systems. In 2018, they joined Armacell as an Electrical Engineer and worked until July 2018. Later in 2018, Robin joined Wells Global as a Project Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Robin Blanchette earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ECPI University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they became a Certified Team Supervisor and also earned the certifications of Six Sigma Champion Certified and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional.
