Beatriz Vinas

Beatriz Vinas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational improvement, quality assurance, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Kahilla Member since June 2024, Vinas fosters transformative leadership through a digital network. As Manager of Operational Improvement and Quality Assurance at WellSense Health Plan since January 2016, Vinas spearheads cross-functional quality improvement initiatives for a non-profit managed care organization. Prior roles include significant contributions at Harvard University's School of Dental Medicine and School of Public Health, where Vinas managed quality metrics and research projects. Earlier career experiences include roles in quality assurance and engineering at MAXIMUS, Promigas, and Phillips Industries. Vinas holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Harvard University and a Master's degree in Quality Assurance Management from Universidad del Norte, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
