Jill Borrelli

Jill Borrelli, LICSW, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Behavioral Health and Quality Officer at WellSense Health Plan since January 2024. Previously, Jill held various leadership roles at Point32Health, including Vice President of Behavioral Health and Health Engagement, where significant programs were established to enhance accessibility for members. Jill's career at Tufts Health Plan spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Vice President of Quality and Medical Policy, leading initiatives across Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare sectors. Jill's educational background includes a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Miami University.
