Patricia Carter RN, MSN-Leadership and Administration is currently the Director of Quality and Clinical Programs at WellSense Health Plan, with a focus on HEDIS and strategic implementations since March 2023. Previously, Patricia held the position of Manager-Operations Enterprise Clinical Services National Inpatient Care Management at UnitedHealth Group from February 2009 to April 2023, where expertise included analyzing metrics to reduce healthcare costs and improving transitional care. Patricia also served as a Senior Inpatient Care Manager, overseeing clinical reviews and daily operations while enhancing customer service. Patricia earned a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership & Administration from Capella University between July 2016 and June 2019 and holds a Nursing Diploma from Centennial College.
