Samantha Rhodes

Samantha Rhodes is currently a Senior Product Implementation and Business Manager at WellSense Health Plan, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Point32Health as a Program Manager III, where responsibilities included enhancing the enterprise operations dashboard and facilitating communication between business and analytic teams for reporting needs. Samantha also held positions at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan, including Behavioral Health Program Manager and Behavioral Health Quality Manager, leading high visibility initiatives and overseeing performance improvement projects. Earlier experience includes managing quality initiatives at Beacon Health Strategies. Samantha is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University, building on a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and Sustainability from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
