Michelle Justiss

Michelle Justiss has a diverse and extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Michelle started their career at Rice University as an intern before moving on to various software and healthcare companies. At 2nd.MD, they were a product designer for a telemedicine solution. Michelle then joined Insignia Health as a product manager, where they led the early build of an online health platform. Michelle also co-founded and managed Biocentric Developments LLC, where they collaborated with Baylor College of Medicine on inventing climate-controlled goggles for testing dry eye drugs. Michelle later worked at Kinnser Software as a product owner and product manager, overseeing billing and financial systems. Michelle then joined WellSky, where they progressively held roles as a director and vice president of product management, leading strategic visions and transformations for various healthcare solutions. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated their ability to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and achieve significant business results.

Michelle Justiss is currently enrolled in the CPO Accelerator, pursuing an Executive Product Leadership Program. Michelle previously attended Rice University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Visual and Dramatic Arts. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained certifications in various fields, including the WSET Level 2 and Level 1 Certifications in Wines, the Emerging Executive Accelerator from Emergent Execs, the Pragmatic Marketing (PMC-V) certification from Pragmatic Marketing, and the Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
