Leila Duncan

Leila Duncan is a Clinical Quality Manager at WellSpace Health since March 2021, where responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care across all disciplines. Previously, Leila held the role of Quality Manager at Anthem, Inc. from October 2015 to March 2021, overseeing the development and coordination of quality initiatives within the health plan and supervising a team focused on care quality and member satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Quality Program Administrator and QI Specialist Sr. at Molina Healthcare from March 2014 to October 2015. Leila earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from College for America at Southern New Hampshire University between 2015 and 2023.
