Brandon Danz

Brandon Danz, MHA, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Brandon currently serves as the Senior Director of Value Based Care at WellSpan Health, where they oversee the strategic planning and operations of the health system's portfolio of value-based programs. This includes leading the largest Medicare Shared Savings Program and Medicaid risk programs in South Central Pennsylvania, as well as innovative partnerships with commercial payors.

Prior to their role at WellSpan Health, Brandon served as a Senior Associate and Advisory Board member at OPEN MINDS Circle, where they provided expertise in health care system and health program design, policy, and regulation.

Brandon also has experience in government healthcare at the PA Department of Human Services, where they held the role of Senior Advisor to the Secretary. In this position, they were involved in change management at the executive level and played a key role in securing a $100 million State Healthcare Innovation Modeling grant.

Brandon's earlier experience includes leadership roles in political organizations, including Executive Director of the Oregon Republican Party and Director of Regional and Grassroots Operations for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. Brandon also worked as an Outreach Coordinator for the PA House of Representatives.

Brandon Danz, MHA, MPA has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, which they earned from 1998 to 2003. Brandon also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, completed from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they have a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Penn State University, obtained between 2013 and 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Corporate Leadership at Alvernia University, with an expected completion year of 2023.
