Charles H. Chodroff

SVP, Population Health & Chief Clinical Officer at Wellspan Health

Dr. Chodroff's role at WellSpan expanded in October 2013 when he was named senior vice president, Population Health and Chief Clinical Officer. In addition to leading WellSpan's clinical quality and care management activities, Dr. Chodroff will develop and implement WellSpan's long range population health strategy.

Dr. Chodroff has been associated with the organization since 1986, originally joining the York Hospital Department of Medicine as assistant program director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. From 1987 to 1991, Dr. Chodroff served as medical director of the York Hospital Outpatient Clinics. In 1992, he became executive director of South Central Preferred, which provides health management solutions to self-insured employers in central Pennsylvania. Dr. Chodroff holds a bachelor's degree from Haverford College, a medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and a master's degree in business administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
